In order to renew membership for 2012 each member must submit 2012 MASM Membership Renewal Application together with their dues. You must provide all information even they did not change since the last year. Failure to properly complete the application process will result in the individual being classified as a "social" (non flying) member. A membership card will not be issued to social members.

Please take your time and read carefully 2012 MASM Field Operational Rules and 2012 MASM Field Regulations as these documents have been updated recently.

Required documents:

1- You must renew your A.M.A. membership for 2012. Photocopy of your AMA license is not required as long as you print your AMA number and your name exactly as it appears on your current (2012) AMA license. Applicant without current (2012) AMA license will be classified as Social Member ("Social Members shall have all rights and privileges of membership except the right to operate and fly a model at the flying field").

6- Mail filled out and signed only Membership Renewal Application (both pages) with your payment to

Cost of renewal in 2010:

Regular - $65.00

Junior/Student - $25.00

Senior - $60.00

Family member - $5.00

Notes:

Junior/Student is child of age 18 and under or full/part time student.

Senior is a member of age 65 and over.

Family member is a spouse or a child (under the age of 23), living at the same residence.

Subsequent years renewal fees are subject to change as provided in our Bylaws.
