First full flight of Richard M. Tucano 60 with variable pitch prop

The second attempt to fly World Models Tucano 60 converted to electric power with scale 3-blade variable pitch prop. Unlike in the previous flight, the power system delivered more than enough thrust to fly this nice plane. Most of the flight was done on the "cruise power" running the prop only at 8000 rpm and pitch sett to about 10 inch. For take off and landing the rpm were set up to 10000 rpm for maximum performance.

This video was taken November 23, 2012 at MASM flying field using on-board small camera attached to the belly of the plane.
