Becoming a member
Required documents:
1- You must be a member of the A.M.A. Click here to go to their web site. Photocopy of your AMA license is recommended but not required as long as you print your AMA number and your name exactly as it appears on your current (2010) AMA license. Applicant without current (2010) AMA license will be classified as Social Member ("Social Members shall have all rights and privileges of membership except the right to operate and fly a model at the flying field").

2- Download 2010 MASM Field Operational Rules, Print and read
3- Download 2010 MASM Field Regulations, Print and read
4- Download 2010 MASM Field Gate Rules, Print and read
5- Download 2010 MASM Membership Application, Print, fill out and sign (!!!)
6- Mail filled out and signed only Membership Application (both pages) with your payment to:

Failure to properly complete the application process will result in the individual being classified as a "social" (non flying) member. A membership card will not be issued to social members.
Cost of membership:
Annual dues:
Regular - $65.00
Junior/Student - $25.00
Senior - $60.00
Family member - $5.00
Notes:
First Year Annual dues are prorated 50% if joining after June 30.
Junior/Student is child of age 18 and under or full/part time student.
Senior is a member of age 65 and over.
Family member is a spouse or a child (under the age of 23), living at the same residence.
One time $100.00 initiation fee applies to new members (excluding Juniors/Students and Family members).
The initiation fee may be paid in the first year of membership or upon the first renewal of membership at the option of the new member.
Subsequent years renewal fees are subject to change as provided in our Bylaws.
