3- Download 2010 MASM Field Operational Rules, Print and sign
4- Download 2010 MASM Field Regulations, Print and sign

Cost of membership:
First Year:
$60.00 (Annual dues)
+ $100.00 (Initiation/Application Fee)
+ $25.00 (Field relocation assessment)
= $185.00 plus $5.00 for each family member.
Note: First Year Annual dues are prorated to $30.00 if joining after June 30 ($25.00 including Senior or Junior discount).
Family member is a spouse or a child (under the age of 23), living at the same residence.
Subsequent Years:
$60.00 (Annual dues)
+ $25.00 (Field relocation assessment)
= $85.00, plus $5.00 for each family member.
Discounts:
$5.00 early renewal discount (if renewal fees are paid before January 1) applies to the annual dues.
$10.00 Senior discount (for members of age 65 and above) applies to the annual dues.
$10.00 Junior discount (for members of age 18 and below) applies to the annual dues.
Note: Subsequent years renewal fees are subject to change as provided in our Bylaws.
